Download Yield
To request Yield installer and license, if you do not have one already, contact Scientific Visual at welcome@scientificvisual.ch. If you own a Scientific Visual scanner, the license is provided at no cost.

Installing the Software
Installing on Windows
Check the System requirements (fix link) page to find the minimum requirements, if you have not done so yet.
Download Windows Installer File
Download the installer for Windows from the official Scientific Visual website.
Install from Windows Installer File
The Windows installer, when run, will let you choose where to place Yield and configure Windows to have an entry in the start menu. Additionally, it will set up the system to open .svcm files with Yield. Administrator rights are needed to install Yield on your system.
Note
Yield may not be certified by Windows. You may indicate that you trust Yield to execute the installation.
Updating on Windows
When an update for Yield is released, it can be downloaded directly from the Scientific Visual website. The Windows installer can then be run to install the updated version of Yield.
To remove a previously installed version of Yield, use Windows settings or the control panel to uninstall the desired version.
Alternatively, you can update through the software itself:
Navigate to the Help section in the Top Menu.
Find the Check for Updates option.
Click on it, and a pop-up window will show whether any updates are available.
If there are updates, follow the on-screen instructions to update to the newest version.
Starting the Software
When starting Yield, the splash screen appears in the center of the window.
